How engagements begin

Trustmantle is provided as an annual software subscription. Engagements begin with customer approval and acceptance of applicable terms, which may include a master services agreement, order form, statement of work, pilot agreement, direct onboarding, or an approved online order flow.

Billing & payments

Subscriptions are billed annually for B2B software access and related professional services under the applicable customer agreement. Payment is accepted by credit card, with bank wire transfer available on request. Billing questions can be sent to billing@trustmantle.com.
