Billing, Refunds & Fulfillment
Because Trustmantle provides B2B software access, pilot services, and professional technology services, the following policies apply to billing, cancellations, and delivery.

Refunds & Cancellations
Trustmantle subscriptions are sold as annual (one-year) terms. By placing an order and accepting the applicable agreement, the customer commits to the agreed one-year subscription term.
Refunds and cancellations are governed by the signed order form and customer agreement; subscription fees for a committed annual term are non-refundable except as expressly stated in that agreement.

Fulfillment & Delivery
Product access, onboarding, reports, workflow configuration, and related services are delivered electronically after customer approval, onboarding, and any applicable agreement or payment confirmation.
There are no physical goods shipped; all deliverables are provided through software access and electronic reporting.
Because Trustmantle provides software access and electronic professional services, returns of physical goods are not applicable.
Pricing & Subscriptions
Subscriptions are governed by a signed master services agreement and order form. Pricing, billing frequency, and annual subscription terms are defined in each customer's order form or statement of work.
Any changes to recurring charges are handled in accordance with the applicable customer agreement.
